Shadow is our 79 Series Landcruiser. Shadow is 6 years old and done quite a few trips already.  He has cruised Vegas Strip, been down to Baja in Mexico for the Baja 1000, was exhibited at SEMA – the first Dual Cab Landcruiser 70 Series to go to the great USA and of course while there the Bonneyville Salt Flats.  He didn’t set any Land Speed records but did recover some Wayward locals. He has xxkms on him and so Ads decided it was time to replace or upgrade a few things that could be weak points at a really inopportune moment on our trip. Soundproofing, xxxxxx

Our Ultimate is 12 years old and has also done a lot of kilometers. Cape York, Fraser Island, The Simpson Desert, Esperance, The Kimberleys and of course many trips around the Victorian High Country.  A few tweaks have been made it to make it a little more comfortable.   New interior lights, different Table to make the lounge more usable, fans for the Far North heat, new upright Fridge and Mattress Topper for more comfort. After all, we will be living in it for a while!

The Polaris is the newest edition to our “fleet” especially for the initial Kimberley Trip.  We needed a vehicle to assist with making a new track out to King George Falls as per the request from Ronnie and Colin Morgan – Balanggarra Mob Traditional Owners. Our new Polaris Sportsman 1000 really helped us make the track.  We installed underbody protection before had and lucky we did.
